Dear Friend of CHARIAD:

Hard to believe Christmas is almost here. I am having even more difficulty believing we are almost in 2020.

I am working hard on the last chapters of my book on thinking creatively about where to take your company when you do not hire McKenzie or BCG. I hope to be finished a good draft by the end of February. I have signed a publishing contract. If this enterprise stays on track, the book should be available next fall. Fingers crossed!

Sailing! Several of the CHARIAD team are frostbiting. Cold last few days in Boston. I hope to get to someplace warmer as a reward after the end of February.

I hope you are having a joyful Christmas and holiday season with friends and family.
